"Having two elderly dogs with special medical needs usually means traveling is out of the question. However, having Sarah from Stepping Out Pet Care as our pet sitter made traveling possible and worry-free. Our dogs loved her and she took excellent care of them including injections to our diabetic dog twice a day. She keeps in constant communication updating us on our "kids" activities. Our home is cleaner when we get home then when we left. We would recommend Sarah 100%!"

"Stepping Out Pet Care personnel have been awesome in caring for our beloved dog when we are on travel. We have used their services for over six years and have always had a wonderful experience with their care for our pet. On two occasions we had an emergency arise that necessitated a sudden trip out of state. We were able to do so within a short notice because Stepping Out Pet Care was ready, willing, and able to provide care. I recommend them without reservation."

Meet the Stepping Out Pet Care Team!

Our knowledgeable team is here to care for your animals while you are at work, at play, or far away. Each pet care professional team member is fully insured, has had a background check, and is either an experienced veterinarian technician or has been certified in pet first aid.

While other pet sitting services are frequently staffed with students and part-timers, Stepping Out is a team of animal professionals with extremely low turnover. During your first consultation, you will meet with your pet care provider (PCP) and we'll work with you to establish a long-lasting relationship of trust. We will cross-train one additional PCP in the event of an emergency, but your pet sitter will be consistent.
